Here are some FAQ's that may help you.

Can I ship to the USA?

We ship all over the world, and our rosin is made fresh in our workshop in Oz and shipped directly to the USA. Add products to cart and proceed to the checkout page. Enter your address and you will see live shipping rates offered through a range of postal and courier companies.

What postal services are offered?

You will have the choice of three services:

  • Australia Post Standard Parcel: this service is standard post, with tracking information. When the package lands in the USA it is handed over to USPS and can be tracked though their website. As a guide, these shipments usually take 10-15 working days and cost between $10-$15 USD per package
  • Australia Post Express Parcel: Express post (EMS service) through Australia Post, handed over to USPS on arrival in the USA. These parcels are fully trackable. As a guide, these shipments usually take 8-12 working days and cost between $20-$30 USD per package
  • Fedex: Fedex offers a fully trackable express courier service that usually takes 5-8 working days. This is the most expensive, but quickest option. Costs vary, roughly around $50-$80 USD per package so please enter your address at checkout for a real-time quote.

The live shipping rates on our checkout page also do show any additional import taxes that might be charged at delivery, however we cannot guarantee this information.

Do I have to pay import tariffs?

The Australian Government website business.gov.au currently states:

"Products exported from Australia to the US valued at or below USD800 (the de minimis threshold) are not currently subject to US tariffs. However, products below the de minimis threshold that are exported from China or Hong-Kong to the US are subject to tariffs."

Our experience is that there are no standard import duty or customs fees you need to pay on delivery. However, this may change or there may be a small customs fee, so please do not rely entirely on this information provided. Contact your local authorities for further information if required.
